To unlock characters in Arena Del Toro and Getting Tanked!, get a Gold Medal. For Ay Mama!, Carne Cesar, Rooftop ferno, Abandon Ship!, Nice Wheels, Supervilla!, The Hacienda, The Jungle, and Ultimate Underworld!, get a Silver medal.

If you finish a stage without letting your combo meter reach zero, you'll unlock a chili that gives you infinite ammo for a single weapon. Beat the following levels with a non-zeroed combo meter to get infinite ammo for the weapon desired:
- AK-47 - Need a Ride Combat Shotgun (Spaz) - Ay Mama
- Grenade Launcher - Arena Del Toro
- Heavy Handgun (Python) - Mucho Manure
- Heavy Machine gun - Los Toros
- Hunting Rifle - Cargo Chaos
- M-16 - Rooftop Inferno
- Rifle - Something Rotten
- Rochet Launcher - Final Mission
- Shotgun - Abandon Ship
- Submachine Gun (Uzi) - Nice Wheels
